It has been years in the making, but OSHA finally released their new standard for confined space in the construction industry on May 1, 2015. It will become effective on August 3, 2015 in all states that are governed by federal OSHA. States governed by state agencies (like Indiana) will likely delay their effective date until October 3, 2015. We have already began studying this new standard and will likely offer some educational sessions on it, but feel free to take a look for yourself.
