The Indiana Dig Law was recently revised to minimize potential confusion. The revisions went into effect on January 1, 2025. Some of the changes include providing a clearer definition of “working day”, stating that the “tolerance zone” is a full radius around utilities and not just side-to-side, permitting electronic means of “white lining”, and more.
