One of our employees Tony recently caught the unsafe behavior shown below.
Employees were attempting to move a large metal rack by wrapping tie-down straps around it (that had a knot in it) and pulling it with a forklift. The task was shut down immediately, the rack was positioned to be more stable and metal rigging was used instead.
