We hope all of you had a safe and prosperous 2017 and are gearing up to continue your success in 2018. As for us, we have closed the books on a successful year and see nothing but continued growth and opportunity ahead! We actually have some very exciting news to share with all of you. First, we are celebrating our 20th year in business! We have come a long way from one local safety professional in 1998 to a consulting firm of over 25 employees in 2018. We would like to thank each of you for your business and relationships over these past 20 years, and we look forward to continuing them.
The other news that we would like to share is that our founder, John Lindenschmidt, has implemented a plan that will transition the management of our company to current employees Kevin Beswick and Mike Mariner. John is known throughout the industry as a leader and consummate safety professional. He has truly enjoyed the relationships he has developed over the past 38-years in the industry, but he is ready to begin the next stage of his life, which involves more time with his family, traveling, fishing and golfing. John’s immediate focus, however, will be to help Kevin and Mike transition into their new roles.
Kevin currently manages our Construction Division and will continue to do so for a while, but he will also transition into the role of President. He has been a safety professional for 19-years with 9 of those being at RMS. He has been involved with operational decisions for the past 5-years but will now assume responsibility for those decisions and lead our strategic planning and business development initiatives. Mike currently manages our Industry Division and will continue to do so, but he will transition into the role of Vice President, Industry and Ergonomics. Most of his focus will remain on managing his division but he will become even more involved with the operational decisions of the company. He has been a safety professional for 28-years with 14 of those being at RMS.
We all feel very blessed, thankful and excited for the opportunity we have. None of it would be possible though without God and our loyal customers. So thanks again for all of your support and continued business. We look forward to another 20+ years of growing with you.
